I don't think you can as you did have a notice of default, i got a lot removed for various technical reasons, might be an idea to go to the debt board where they can help. Also you did default on the account for whatever reasons, i also thought when phones were disconnected you could still call 999??
Why would you want it removed is there an error on vodafones part, not quite sure what your reasons for removal would be?0
