There are so many different things you can attach to your e-cig - atomisers with cartridges, cartomisers (best & cheapest way to vape IMHO) & various types of tanks. The Dual Coil Tanks that lotus is talking about is a tank with a dual coil cartomiser in it -

Hi everyone, my mum quit smoking using the vapestick e cig and is using the 1.8 cartridges... The shop she gets them from seems to have ran out of stock and are waiting on suppliers. Does anyone know which other cartridges would fit?
Thanks0 -
Hi Nikki, I've just had a look on the Vapestick site (blimey, they are expensive!) & can't tell from the pics what models they are I'm afraid0

She may be better off getting something where she can have bigger batteries and cartridges, so they last longer, but that's something else.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Yes, I believe I contacted the people who make the Ego and they said their components wouldn't work with my Tornado Tank components. Either way, I bought it a long time ago and it's still going strong so I have no need to buy a new one just yet.
I meant I didn't know what any of you were talking about with regards to filling them.
You have a small tank you fill with juice. You can also get large ones.
The other choice is to have a cartomiser. These work well, but need refilling often.
You can get a tank which goes round the outside of a cartomiser, so you are vaping through the carto, but it is being refilled by the tank around it. So effectively you have to fill the cartomiser with juice before you can vape. We were just descussing if it's better to fill it before installing it in the tank, or use the tanks liquid to fill it. Both are acceptable
I would have thought the tornado tank will work with any Ego 510 style battery, but I'm not sure.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

Thanks for the explanation!I wonder if the Ego person was just telling me that in the hope I'd buy a whole new kit?
I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.0 -
