Sooetie is spot on
AAE-C UK is non affiliated with any e-cig vendor, so any recommendations are due to good prices, good products & good customer service.

Other forums are available, ukvapers.org for example, although IMHO they aren't quite as friendly and helpful towards newbies as AAEC.
Any vendor on AAEC's recommended supplier list is always at risk of getting taken off if they start acting badly towards a member, or anyone using an ecig.
Suppliers are taken to task if they provide shoddy service by the members on the forum.
You should be safe to order from any of them, there are enough of them there!Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Hi!
You can get ones that are nicotine free and I like them.
Unfortunately due to a rather traumatic family year I started smoking again two months ago but have just gone back onto the nicotine free ecigs and once you get over the withdrawal they're great. I also used them when I couldn't get out at work to have a fag and that seems to work.
Cheers

Brilliant caspar :j
I'm actually coming off the e-cig but still. I'm still going to keep mine in just in case I go back....
My testimony can be found here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4426625
And there's an interesting thread on the friendly forum about the safety of e-cigs. Apparently the mouth spray contains about 10 nasty ingredients (including hydrochloric acid ) where as the e-cig only contains 4 :T

Hi there. Can I join in? Briefly, I smoked from around the age of 13. By the time I was in my 20s I was on about 30 a day. Didn`t muck about. Non filter and very high tar. US made Pall Mall was my fave puff. I moved to American Camel for years and ended up using Capstan Full Strength and Players plain. I later switched to roll ups as they were cheaper and favoured rough, cheap Spanish tobacco I would bring in myself. My wife hated me smoking and it was surely doing me no good aged .
So 46 years as a heavy smoker. We spotted e cigs and with encouragement from my wife I had a go. I thought it great if I could reduce to 15 cigs a day.
Well it arrived. Caused interest to most people I met. Within a week I was down to 9 cigs a day. Good. Hang on, couple of weeks later 4 cigs a day. Boy, this is brill. Next stop in a week or so 2 cigs a day. One first thing with my cup of tea and one at night after dinner. My Doc was really pleased.
It was a Tuesday morning. I thought, let`s see . Don`t have that first cig. Oh didn`t have my evening cig. The day I quit Now in June I will be 4 years smoke free. Any cravings. Very little. If there are it is usually for a cigar. Strange as I rarely smoked them.
I can honestly say that I prefer vaping to smoking. I like to mix my own from time to time. Combining flavours.
I have made friends with other vapers on line and I enjoy spending a bit on different e cigs and parts.
It is a new fun hobby.0 -
I agree, Pobby.
I'm glad that vaping was invented, for I'd tried everything else and nothing worked long-term. I now have 11 months vaping under my belt, with my breath back and generally healthier all round.
I'm sure if I'd carried on smoking the way I did I would soon have been counting off the days left to me, and I'm utterly sure there are now thousands who are alive who wouldn't have been without the advent of vaping.0 -
So true Farzackerly...
I had tried every other NRT known to man and like failed. Now 18 months (almost) vaping and now on the microtab and not even a high dose and it's going fine. The prob with NRT is that it's too short a therapy time and it just doesn't cater for the 'average heavy smoker'....I was on an oz of tobacco a day and it just didn't do it for me. I worked (as you'll see from my testimony) at a high dose of nicotine vaping gradually down but it was gradual and it was in my time and it was a price I could afford. NRT long term is way over priced...yeah it's cheaper than cigs but £40 a week? I might as well smoke :P:dance:

Could someone advise regarding my rights on this warranty fiasco??I bought it online with credit card.
