Yeah, the only reason we had to change the name was because people who were maaking bogus claims had a defence after fraud investigations saying it cant be taken away as was granted for "life" whereas they cant argue that if we say its indefinite.

The only time we really look at a claim again (apart from fraud accusations) is under the right payment program (which is more about checking our work than your benefit) and although i cant remember the offical stats its something silly like 0.05% of cases a year. I will look up the actual figure and let you know

I've got a home visit this Monday . was real worried as on my own here. a male Dr.is coming , glad i have had a read up on here , doesn't seem to bad , as im always honest with every one , just worried what you had to do and what is said , least he can help me up from floor lol if i have to do bending .
