It doesn't really matter for the first e-mail because the wording is the same for everybody. It will matter for the second one but it's very unlikely that any of those have been sent yet.

Yes but it does confirm that they have you in their sights and your email is correct ,ready for the important one.

The ISA wording ,it does mean that your interest will be taxed while you wait for the certificate and the wording about the requirement for a transfer form from your new ISA account, will it be transferred from the non-ISA account that you have placed it until you get your certificate?

What have they actually done with all the interest that our money has generated and we have not received over the last month and until we receive it?

The system that they are using for time allocation of funds return via the site, will never be fair ,there are winners, and if it depends upon the letter your name begins with is going to cost me money ,not happy,.

You should add enquiries@fscs.org.uk to your contacts list to avoid it ending up in the spam folder.

There is no interest from the 7th Oct. Interest prior to that had been added to the accounts on the 10th.

Not received my email yet. How many people does Martin send the weekly email to? If he can manage it surely they should be able to ;)

My main concern now is that I don't think I've got a record of my log-in ID anywhere and now they've blocked access to the website I can't get it. Just have to hope and pray they retain the "remember my ID" format when they reinstate access.

I think you miss my point the monies will generate revenue,we are talking about millions ,each day that payment of our money is delayed, the revenue created escalates ,in whose coffers is it going . Yes the government are returning our capital up to the 7th ,they will recoup it,and they have frozen monies ,but even at base rate it is massive.. My loss alone ,multiplied .We are all so grateful to get our own money back ,we have lost sight.

IMHO it's best to add the domain @fscs.org.uk to the safe senders list rather than the full address in case they don't use the enquiries part in the next email, that way anything from fscs will not go to junk.

That's exactly what I did and during the night the emails came straight to our in-box.
    They were timed at 23:41 & 23:42

Anyone not received their mail yet ? I got notification of a $30000 win and a Nigerian lady wanted to share $700000 with me but no mail about Icesafe. I'm guessing this means I'm going to be one of the last to get my money too !
