Backing up contacts on mob

My mobile is dead, took it to the chap on the market stall and he said the screen is cracked. I bought a cable from hong kong through ebay and am having problem with it. I have managed to get it to work only once. It's adapter cable CA-42. I have been able to retrieve my contact details but it will let let me copy and paste it in word. The other option is for me to write all the mob numbers by hand. Pl is there an easier option to do this? Thanks

instal nokia data suite and sync the phone to outlook, once your numbers are in outlook they will sync to most makes of phone plus outlook allows you to print your contacts
