I'm a reporter with NorthEast Press and am looking for MSE-ers to share their experiences of making claims through Barclays Gadget/Mobile Phone Insurance OR any other insurance administered through Lifestyle Services Group.
All replies will be treated in confidence. I am conducting research for a potential article but will contact any respondents asking for permission before I use anything in print.
