Moving broadband, what happens to the e-mail address?

Our year is almost up for the broadband and we're going to move to another (cheaper!) provider, however I have an e-mail address with the said provider that I use for business and changing it is gonna be a hassle; would the e-mail still be 'active' after the broadband has been cancelled and I would be able to access it by going to the log in web page?
Thanks
Thanks

Yes it will still be active and you can access it by typing the address in the address bar.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

if you swap it to a PAYG dial up account with your old provider you will be able to keep it, just look in the terms and conditions as you normally have to dial in at least once every 30 - 90 days depending on who it is withEx forum ambassador

I know my one deletes it, and the webspace with it. But then mine doesn't offer a dial-up service, only broadband.0

It all depends on your old ISP. When you move to your new ISP you will get a new email address with them and you will have to use them to send email. However, you should still be able to pick email up from your old ISP as long as they don't delete the mailbox.0

It's probably worth getting an email account that's seperate to your ISP. That way you won't have to worry about this problem in future.
My parents moved from Wanadoo to E7even earlier this year and the wanadoo address worked for about 3 months afterwards (possibly the 90 days mentioned above) before I set them up on Gmail.
