It's more complicated than thatThose 'in charge' are responsible. All the others have just fed off the opportunities and encouragement they were given to be greedy / have something for nothing. Goes to prove that humans need saving from themselves.0

I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right0 -
the guys who designed the structure of the investment vehicles (dodgy credit and loan products) that the banks used to sell their complex products that now cannot be price managed are the source of the problem.
if they are to blame i do not know - i would go to the regulators but then again they can only do so much.0 -
