Orange and photo messages
Had a good moment with Orange today. I sent a photo message last Wednesday to another Orange phone but it simply didn't arrive, even though my V3 says it was def sent.
So I called Orange to see if I had been charged for it and the guy didn't know... so he simply credited my account with the cost of a photo message! Brilliant!
This plus a brilliant retention team and Orange Wednesday means I adore Orange!
