Right, I made the 1-2-3 pork and the smokin' potatoes last night.
The 1-2-3 pork/chicken is divine. If you like sweet Chinese food you will love this. So simple.
The potatoes where excellent as well.
In answer to Champys above. I used 3 x potatoes the size of an egg (3oz each) and microwaved them for 3 minutes. The recipe on the website calls for much larger potatoes and a lot of them. I imagine the 12 minutes may apply if you follow it exactly in quantity and size.
EDIT: The 1-2-3 Pork/chicken does not really go with the smokin' potatoes. Keep them as different meals. The 1-2-3 pork/chicken is perfect with rice.0 -
I must say I really like the look of the 1-2-3 chicken too. No plum jam or plum sauce at the mo though.
Might do the smokin' spuds tonight with a beany casserole thing. Luurve smoked paprika.0
