Hi I have searched for the original thread where the offer for a half price 16-25 railcard was offered. Can anyone else have a look and see if they can find it please.

Doesn't Natwest bank give you them free if you open an account with them?
I know they used to, but maybe they have stopped it now, not sure.

I had a good look but couldn't find it either. There was a thread about half price rail tickets with the card and there is a link to extra deals, but nothing on buying the card itself. sorry. Have to say though, if any of the railcards applied to me I'd buy one like a shot, at full price!

i need a new one and will buy from next week but how much u wanna bet a week or so later a half price deal will pop up.

ive stalled since end of sept waitin but cant stall n e more.

EL, many thanks - but tell us how you found it please! I searched on this forum and generally, used a variety of terms and looked at every flippin' thread! (and I bet geekgirl did too) It has been said on here before that the search tool isn't great - is there something we can do differently?

Normally I will use the "search this forum" search rather than the main search provided I know which board I'm looking for something in but in this case I just put railcard in the main search at the top of the boards. As I had applied for a card for my daughter I knew roughly that it was round about Easter time so was able to pick out the correct thread by the dates. It has also reminded me that despite being told that they would help me upload the photograph they couldn't and I had to go and buy one full price but worse I've never had a refund so I need to get on to that on Monday, so many thanks for reminding me about this thread.

Well, it does help if you have an idea of the date. Shame the offer has finished - maybe it will be reinstated, probably when chuckly buys his;):D
