I have been trying to get on for 90 minutes now. I actually got my room and went to book it only for the website to kick me off. Very disappointed!

i got halfway through and got kicked off - so annoyed they released them early - tried the hoxton hotel thing the other day too and no luck!

Try Travelodge.co.uk/mobile.I booked 3 nights in canterbury and it said session timed out your payment is not complete.Checked my emails and I have a booking confirmation but before i managed to check my emails my bf has double booked us it also said session timed out for him too but his got the confirmation email too :S:S:S

Thanks for that 'mobile' address, I've now managed to book the night/location I wanted, ok it was at 19 and not £9 but better than what they had last week. Card processing page seemed to be going nowhere but I've an email saying I've paid so looks good.

i tried the mobile one but all i get is ''time out??'' i dont get it :S...do i need to delete cookies or something... or is someone juist not wanting me to get a room been trying since 8.25 grrrrrrrrrr

Check your emails as this is what I had but got an email confirmation.My bfs going to ring and cancel his booking tomorrow.He took a screenshot of the page which said session timed out your booking is not complete.Either that or we are going to see if another family member can go.

The mobile site worked for me too - thank you! Is that a site for mobile phone users then?

Have to say I was a bit dubious at first because it didn't require me to sign into my account or anything like that but have checked the headers on the e-mails sent to previous Travelodge messages and it all seems kosher.

I wouldn't mind doing another booking but will leave it until tomorrow as I need to add in internet and other things but this has been really helpful.

I have been trying continually since 9pm. I think they have just switched off and gone home!!!
