Not got mine. Think I saw a couple of earlier posts from people saying they hadn't received theirs either0 -
Looks like Pigsback may have to change their post rounds to more reliable service. Just a normal letter for a voucher through Roal Mail not that hard to post a letter..... :snow_grin0

neither me or my oh have got our squeezy pigs .......sounds harsh but i didnt really expect to get them:rolleyes: Democracy is a process by which the people are free to choose the man who will get the blame.:j0 -
I can't remember the Advent Calendar wording re the squeezy pigs - wasn't it that the first XX people to click would get them? I think I was quite swiftly over there when the calendar went live but I haven't had a mail to say I won and can't remember if I got a message when I clicked that specifically said I had.

Re the Christmas No.1 jackpot - I had a reply from Rachel today that it is being credited at the end of the week. (I'm not sure whether I'm anticipating this avidly as it's highly likely the pot will be going round a lot of people - but any points back are welcome.)Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -

I have to say, just in defense of Pigsback, that I contacted them about a Boots Voucher not recieved and have had a very nice and productive back and forth with Kelly.
Try to remember there are people behind the emails you recieve, and a little bit of politeness goes a long way to getting goodwill from a company. I do understand the frustration some are recieving, and when its points from purchases that are not recieved I do feel thats bad form on the part of the company. But when its the complaining about not winning competitions for squeezy pigs or not being credited 50 points for clicking a link, or the advent calender not being updated I honestly wonder why people do not have better things to worry about.0 -

I emailed them last week and they replied saying it would take 7 days. This is odd because because I've participated in other jackpot pools and the winnings have been credited the next day.
Darragh: can you help? It's about the Christmas No 1 jackpot pool where we chose the x-factor single and it was number 1 at Christmas0 -
