Please understand that the list of questions is huge. The number of threads and comments on Pigsback on MSE is huge. In fact, the MSE boards and members have encouraged quite a number of people to register...and most of them come back and post on here. As a result tt does take quite a while to put everything together. Also, whilst Pigsback is your job, it is not ours. We are happy to help you out where and when we can, but we do have other things to do than to collate the questions for you.

Besides, you could always go and collate the questions yourself.....they are freely available for anyone to view, read and reply to.

Now now, just don't want to be accused of dragging my heels on replying ;)

    Point taken though :)

Hang on here for a quick second.

I appreciate the help on this and the fact that you all have queries etc. But as equally as "Pigsback is my job not yours", MSE is not my job! There is a system already in place for answering queries, we have our own Pigsback Forum where you're invited to raise these issues and while the level of response on MSE may not have suited you all, please bear in mind that we're also running a website here!

You are the ones accusing us of ignoring you, not answering queries properly, having bad cusotmer service etc. I actually don't think it's too much to ask someone who spends time on here to nominate themselves as spokesperson for their community and come to me with a list of questions that people want answers to.

I'm being as open and honest as I can with everyone here, but I'm afraid I can't spend all day in here either, so any help you can give I'd appreciate.

    Thanks

Just received my £20 Cdwow voucher, only requested it very late on Tuesday.
Thanks for letting us know that we can use them on Wowwoman RedRubyMcG.

I'll definitely continue to use Pigsback for the foreseeable future, and hopefully the list of retailers will grow.
Any free points will be a nice bonus of course.

Cleary by your "angry smiley" and "Hang on for a quick second" reply to rchddapl1, you are not happy.

I am not sure why, as what you are asking, someone to spend a considerable amount of time to go through each and every pigsback post, collect data and pass on their findings. Hardly a five minute job, no wonder you passed on the idea.

I would also question why this is needed in the first place. If I had a question, I would email it to Pigsback, but to be honest, I would not expect an answer any time soon. I have found Pigsback customer service poor. It took six emails over a ten day period to get a reply to a very simple question.

I'm being as open and honest as I can with you here
