Dont worry my dear....I ordered on November 4th and credit card charged on that date. Email to say they had posted them sent 5th Dec and received goods yesterday 12 Dec.

Wouldn`t worry. I ordered two items yesterday, but haven`t recieved any order-confirmation. Both orders are still registered as "Pending dispatch" though. They will come :snow_grin

Besides: If you have the transaction confirmation from the other company (Worldpay?) you have proof of purchase.

Check your orderstatus at WOWs site again in the morning. If it`s not there; contact them.
CD WOW are stating that in order to be delivered before Christmas all orders must be placed before December 18th so you still have a few days "window" :xmassmile

I ordered on 27 Nov & CDs came within a week.

The order confirmation e-mail from CD-Wow stated:

From receipt of each email notification, please allow the following delivery period for each item to arrive:

UK: 5 to 7 days (Royal Mail 1st Class Post - each item should fit through your letter box)

Rest of the World: 7 to 10 days (Priority World Post)
