Has anyone tried phoning them and asking? I'm at work so I can't.

Perhaps this is the start of the end. Used to be 30 free points a day, 40 on the day the e bay quiz worked and then went to 20 a day. Oh well I am happy with the freebies I have got already

I sent an email to Rachel when I signed up for Ebay recently, in order to make things easier for them to add points and have had replies to let me know I was in a run for last weekend (which didn't happen) and now for this weekend. It sort of gives me the impression of them being busy and chasing their tails at the moment, and I'm pleased I got replies.

Like most people here who have commented, I think it's disappointing if there are no quizzes to click on a daily basis for points and I hope those come back (I only got a question for the Narnia one today, and didn't notice it had become a draw - just noticed no points!) It will make a difference to visitors surely.

My points have shot upwards of late though, with Shop & Earn, I haven't had any problem with credits from CDWow, the other shop I've used is Amazon for books and have sent an email off for that one, as it says on the page, so will expect the points when I see them.

Rachel promised me two weeks ago that my e-Bay points would be added that Saturday. They didn't then, but did (after a chase-up e-mail) lasyt weekend. So they did do a run last weekend, and they do take the maximum time possible to add the points.

On a positive, my National Lottery points were finally added yesterday - after loads of nagging - and being told I had to wait the full 6 weeks.

I haven't received any points for my CD-Wow purchases, though I did use the free voucher to part-pay. But some of the others have got points.

Besides, you can't bet 20 points - the least they accept is 50 points.

I don't think they really thought this one through.
