Morning campers!

Ear update: sent DD1 out for some cerumol ear drops after doing a bit of research on t'interweb last night. Seems to have done the trick! It does stink a bit though!

Off today and tv man is coming to put wonky tv on straight....it will feel strange not having to watch tv at an angle!

OH should be on his way back from America - the only communication I have had from him since he went is 'can you top my phone up, golf is great'. grrrr
and he is back to work tomorrow so i am sure he will just be back to his normal stressed self within 24 hours (along with jet lag).

:grouphug: for everyone...

Morning everyone. Glad to hear the ear is better Sammy, and I hope everyone has a better day today. I'm up an hour earlier than usual  though I think that may be because it's payday and I'm off to get something nice for breakfast on the way to work :)

    Hi folks

glad your ear is a bit better now Sammy. RS - enjoy your 'something nice' for breakfast. Louise - thanks for depresssing me about the clocks going back this weekend. Only good thing about that is the extra hour we get in bed on Sunday morning!

Went to the computer repair shop last night and found out my hard drive is fooked and all the data is lost :( Will cost £100 to replace hard drive (was 320 something but am getting 500 something put it). All my pictures are lost, my College work from a couple of years ago - everything. Guess what I'm buying today - some CDs to back everything up from now on. I know it's a bit late but at least if it happens again I'll have some things backed up. Worst is knowing that all my passwords are lost so I'm going to have to guess them! Thank goodness my MSE password is simple!

    Hi Cat

That has happened to me in the past. I now have an external hard drive that we back everything up to (they aren't too expensive now) and also upload all my pics to www.adrive.com - its a free online backup facility...

And i had porridge for breakfast.

They're going down SLOWLY but at least when I bring a box to work I know I'll actually eat breakfast (can't eat first thing in the morning but two hours later I'm ravenous)

Hello again, at work now - had a big bacon roll from cafe on the way down the road - YUM! :D

Quite glad about the clocks going back, apart from the extra hour in bed it means I might be able to get up a bit earlier.
