I have cancelled other contracts over the phone before..
But i have never cancelled vodafone.
Ive been told i need to write in to cancel
Ive been with them for 6 years, but their deals are gettings too expensive ofr my liking. I already have 3 other contracts.
My contract ends 11th january
DO i really have to write in ? Or has any of you called in to cancel..

I called them a couple of weeks ago to cancel an unused contract and they said to do it in writing, so I filled in a form on their site and they confirmed receipt and cancellation within 48 hours. The email address that wrote back to me is ccare.webmails@vodafone.co.uk, but I'd advise that you go via the form on their site.
