Vodafone can't take your call right now...

I've been trying to ring Vodafone for 2 days on the number on their website as i'm thinking of taking out a new contract with them, but when i ring it says they can't take my call and i can leave a message for someone to call meback within 24 hours. I can't do that as daytimes don't suit me.

What horrific customer service!!!

as i vodaofone employee i can understand your frustration tho, our call centers can get very busy but that is still no excuse for no replying to your emails
  • Actually it's VERY typical of your customer "service" usually.

to cancel your contract early you need to wright a letter to vodafone address is located on the back of the bills if you want to pass your contract onto some one else and change the direct debit details and everything else including the name then you have to go into a vodafone shop with id of person you want to change details to, if you want more information please feel free to pm me, if intrested aswell i will pay you to take your contract over and continue it with changing all your details into mine but like i said you would have to go into vodafone shop with id to change into someone else

killakz - you say you are Vodafone employee. Do your employers know about your extra-curricular activities as in your post above to another thread "How can I exit my contract early?"

Never admit you work for Vodafone unless you are part of the Forum Intervention Team.

Obviously. But that wasn't my point.

How many Voda and Orange employees would offer ......and I highlighted it in bold................" if intrested aswell i will pay you to take your contract over and continue it with changing all your details into mine".

Why would they? That's what I referred to as extra-curricular activities.
