Can we change from BT Business Broadband to Bt Home Broadband?

Hubby has an office upstairs so we've had Business broadband for about 8 years - his company is billed directly for this. We'd like the BT Vision TV facility that Home customers can have. Do you think I could ring BT, request this change and be successful?

You can change and I know this because I am in dispute with BT at the moment because they did precisely that to my broadband this month without even asking.
You have to request Residential Broadband.

you can change but its hard to call bt and find an advisor who knows how to do it ( you have to migrate internally no mac is required) use bt.com to do this as you will be on the phone for hours if you try to do it by phone.
