virgin media tv off - anyone else?

once again my virgin tv wont come on - this happened the other week too.....but then the internet went as welll.....i know its not the box as all other tvs in the house wont come on either....

also trying all no.s for virgin to contact them and they are all dead....

is anyone else having problems?

im in bradford 8 area....

Don't know about telly but I can't get emails through Outlook Express or through virgin media website. Can't find the telephone number to call for advice either or get on to the status page on virgin website. Have tried rebooting computer and disconnecting and reconnecting wireless but still no good. Internet itself is working just no emails .

Just got in and I have tried my emails they are down, although the internet is working, I too have tried all the phone numbers and all are engaged can't get through to anyone. Anyone any ideas whats going on. I am in the North East by the way

not sure where i read about the emails but apparently they had some sort of bug sent out that stuffed em up...

my tv has come back on but it is saying im not able to view all my channels..so am trying to sort that...

phones still not working...

just spoke to virgin. All of the computer systems are currently down. The engineers are working on the problem. Their computer systems wont be back till tomorrow. The lady said do not call again until the morning.

Great when things go wrong with Virgin they go very wrong!!!!!!

Can now get onto my page but nothing in the inbox which can't be right. I usually get loads of spam . Oh well will leave it until the morning now and hope for the best.

This is really weird. I keep getting e-mails from this forum so say so-and-so has replied to this thread and when I click on it the last reply is mine. Anyway for me virgin is up and running again now has been since Thursday and all e-mails appear to have been sent and received. Very annoying at the time though.
