Hey Girls,
I bought the no7 intelligent balance day and night fluid as a moisturizer a few weeks ago. Been using it for abt 3 weeks now and my face is not 'mattified' as it claims and I am getting more outbreaks than ever despite it 'not cloggiing up pores'.
Now what can I do about it. I do not have my receipt left, I got an extra bottle of unused day fluid (as part of 3 for 2). Can I refund all 3? Refund 1? saying that it doesnt suit my skin. Or am I stuck with it? I hardly see the range sold instore though, only online, and the store I got it from stopped selling it. Can I refund it at anystore?0 -
Thanks very much, RedBalloon and Tiara - I will try and find a friendly looking SA to do the refund/re-purchase for me. I suppose there's nothing wrong with just being completely honest and saying that I would like to buy them back again at the cheaper price - I just thought it seemed an incredibly cheeky thing to do! But there again, I wouldn't be needing to do it if Lord Boots of Chemistshire hadn't changed the prices0

I was once refused a refund from my local because they didn't actually stock an item themselves - which I thought was ridiculous! I don't know if this is policy or whether my boots was just being unhelpful......"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0

I think any SA would understand that a pricing difference of £30 would be too big to ignore!"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -
Just a quick question, I have a free £5 off ruby and Millie voucher or NO7. Under Terms and Conditions it has Excludes mix and match gift sets. Isn't the compact mirror on the 342. I'm very confuesed on how all this money saving works at boots?0

Yes in theory it is excluded, but it seems to work with the RM mirror and some say the RM kabukui brush, this is what is called a glitch :j. On a SS till I managed to use pinkie and till spit with the RM mirror and 2 other green stickered gifts (one £5, one £8) and paid £4:T0 -
i'm going to treat myself to an electric toothbrush.
does anyone have the 1500points voucher going spare (pretty please!), and does anyone know if it even works!!
Any other electrical voucher would be much appreciated (not the mailing)... could arrange a swap as i have a few no7 ts's
please pm me

Just a word of warning as I think you'll have a hard time taking them back if the SA's & managers were anything like the ones I got!! Hope this helps0
