Hi there

Can anyone tell me how to cancel an order on .com? I placed my 1st ever .com order at lunchtime today for GHD straighteners and it never confirmed! I had to make 3 calls to Boots and the guy processed the payment manually saying it was a Mastercard problem? On checking the progress of my order I have not received the 1500 points for a £75 spend this w/end or the 1000 points for orders over £100. I did get the normal 400 points for spending £100. I have since ordered again and it went through no problem and has given me my 2900 points:T

So any help on how to cancel my original order would be much appreciated.

Are Boots CS good to deal with for points issues?

Reason I ask is because I decided that with the current points offers I would treat myself to some GHDs:

GHD Styler £98.00
Heat pouch £3.99
TOTAL - £101.99

Free delivery when you spend £40
1500 points when you spend £75
1000 points when you spend £100

Which should give me 2904 points, but my confirmation email says 1943 points, even though it shows the point codes applied.

might flag up the fact you used a couple of codes ....if you call cs

Thanks ladyluck101 - I'm pretty sure he did, it was just a young lad, he also scribbled on it (or whatever you do!) and then realised it had not worked - so I asked him to give me a new one back!

She has only used one code, and it was done legitimately as she had the required minimum spend. I would contact CS and explain hun x
