MRS TO BE, just to let let you know that the 1/2 price P&P 200ml voucher from your ad card mailing can actually be used on the normal P&P too! Its £17.75 usually, so £8.xx with voucher & then if you use a pinkie its £3.xx!!

Hi All,

I've been away for a while and will have to spend a while catching up on all the deals on here - I hate walking into Boots and not knowing how to get money off!

My query however is about Bootsing in London. I've moved to the big smoke very recently [still finding it very, very overwhelming!] and was wondering if anyone has some tips on good stores for clearance shelves/accepting vouchers etc. I work around St Paul's and also Paddington, and live between Camden and Finchley Road. Any tips appreciated! Hopefully I can offer some useful info to others soon....

Thank you soo much..i didnt realise that and have now disappointed a fellower bootser. However I tell you my skin bloody needs it after the break up from my ex fiance and my baby giving me sleepless nights I need it!!!

I also think you have got a few people going through the recycle bins looking for this coupon now!

Was there no beeps when using it?? How long ago?

Anyone have any advice on Boots in Manchester City Centre ?? Thats if there is one Planning a big trip on Thursday with my sister, so want to be prepared

I think it is only certain stores. Its definitely an offer on in Edinburgh, so maybe its a Scottish offer, I know that sometimes the offers for England and Scotland are different.

I don't know about St Paul's but in Paddington Train station there is a small boots and the clearance section (walk through doors and head left down the aisle normally at the end near the snacks section) would be ad hoc. was good sometimes and other times abysmal/non-existent! Vouchers always taken here fine. Can't remember bout boots in camden. There isn't one in the 02 centre at finchley road and think there's a smaller one around either st john's wood or swiss cottage.

For bigger ones you could head out to Brent Cross Shopping Centre (this is not actually near Brent Cross tube BTW!) where there's a big Boots on the first floor (back in the day it used to be 2 floors).And has SS tills.

Otherwise head back into Central London. The larger ones are the 5:eek: floor one called Sedley Place (SS tills) on Oxford Street a few minutes walk from Bond Street Tube station (which also has it's own branch).
There are lots of little ones dotted along the whole of oxford street but quite a nice one near to oxford circus (SS Tills).
Quite a decent one on Tottenham Court Road (near corner with Oxford Street, also SS tills).
I also liked the picadilly circus store (2 floors and didn't have SS tills last time I went) and it was usually well stocked. I've only seen clearance a couple of times there though and it was well hidden downstairs near the cold fridge and the staff lift!!!

There are more than this but this covers quite a few for you to get to grips with. Check out the boots store locater to see what else might be close to you.

I tried the R&M mirror 'glitch' this afternoon with two Christmas gifts, £6 each, and the SA asked for £12 even after me handing over my pinkie - so may be this doesn't work anymore? (Got pinkie back, btw!)

Also has anyone noticed that the magazines have been replaced with Christmas catalogues? They have in all my local stores!
