I was in boots today and they had a massive display stand with S&G and time delay products, all displayed with the points total rather than the cash price. I got all excited and ran over only to find there was no 1/3 off, it was just explaining what people could get with their points :rolleyes:

Then a SA walked over to me and started explaining what points were worth and how i could redeem them on products instore, as if i needed telling :rotfl: - my OH had to walk away as he was laughing so much. x

just read on health club thing that if ur 60 or over u get 10% off boots own brand inc no7!
so if i got my bf a card and said hes over 60 and use that aswell, anyone done that??

Forgot to say that i saw some of the S&G new skincare products instore. I can only remember Clean Mary and the facial scrub, and they were just slotted in with the normal range and not on a separate display as i thought they would be. Worth looking closely at your stores display if you're waiting on the products coming instore. x

I feel like I'm missing out on something BIG. what are pinkies - I have an advantage card but that's about it as I find Boots expensive but with all the deals you mention obviously I'm missing something.

It would be fine if he really was over 60. If he's not i wouldn't advise lying on his application- there are plenty of offers and glitches to be had at boots without having to resort to lying. x

When you spend £5 in store you get a voucher for £5 off any purchase of ruby&millie or No7 cosmetics. As the voucher is pink so we call it a "pinky". If you use a self service till you get the same voucher, but in the form of a till spit that comes out along with your receipt. Both the pinky and the till spit have different bar codes so can be potentially used together.

Keep following this thread hun and you'll soon see what all the fuss is about boots. Most of us shop here because we get things so cheap :rotfl: :rotfl:

I don't understand-Boots is so expensive to start with. Are you really getting things cheap,it seems complicated.

ok just a thought, didnt want 2 be missing out on anything if every1 else was doing it!:D would prob look v guilty anyway if i used it, got nervous other day in boots buying 3 clearance no7 items and using a pinkie incase they wouldnt let me, im such a wimp!!!
