    Hello everyone,

I had a peek at the offers on my Mum's AC the other day and noticed that she had a points voucher for 500 points whn buying the No 7 Radiance Brush Foundation whilst I only had a 200 points voucher. I've heard that some people were offered a mixture of amounts and were able to use them together. Would I therefore be able to buy this, use my Mum's 500 points voucher, my 200 points voucher and a till spit to get it super cheap with lots of return points or is this not allowed as the 500 point voucher has my Mum's name on it rather than mine? TIA.

    Nuninge

Nuninge my gorgeous lady friend. I can confirm that it works with a PINKIE/TILL SPIT and 500 points as I did this a few times using my sister's acm voucher. Some people have used more than 1 extra points voucher, but I guess it depends on the SA. If I were you, I would give the whole lot of vouchers, if the SA says no, just pout/smile, always does the trick for me. They don't check names as the first time I did it, I almost wet myself as I am a Mr, and I was using a Miss's acm voucher.

Also, look out for reduced NO 7 BRUSH FOUNDATION. I have posted previously, and you actually get more points than you pay if you use a PINKIE/TILL SPIT.

Hope this helps. Cheers my dear.

can anyone reccomend a hairdryer? and why do they have so many choices/options?! surely they all do the same thing???

I got the nutriheat one last year and i absolutely love it. I was a bit sceptical about the whole silk protein capsule thing, and thought it was gimmicky but it really works. I wash my hair everyday so it gets constant use, and i find that my hair feels in much better condition and not as dry/frizzy when i use it with the capsules.

Someone posted yesterday that the shine therapy one is going to be an OOTW, and as its a similar concept it would be better value buying that one. HTH x

  • i got the elizabeth arden eyeshadow today....it is lovely...it is a proper compact with a mirror in the lid...
i just asked for it, the sa, was more than happy to just let me have it without the skin care consultation
scanned at £10 then the voucher took the £10 off, this was the one that was £25..
so you could probably grab one from the counter and take it to a normal sa and get the voucher scanned

for those that don't know what i'm on about, you get the voucher from this months prima..£2.50

big thanks to the op who posted this offer

Hi just to let everyone know that you are getting the Prima magazine in Asda for only £1.50. It also comes with a free bar of Lindt Dor dark chocolate. HTH

Can one of the adorable South Yorkshire lasses/lads please confirm if the S+G 1/3 off + GWP offer is running tomorrow at MEADOWHALL? If no one knows, do I just chance it anyway? I'm thinking of going there on the train tomorrow to try and use some points up. Hope someone replies soon. I don't want to go all the way there only to find out it's gone. LOL. Thanks kindly.

I went into Meadowhell this afternoon and couldn't find any S+G GWP anywhere.

Hi I have a spare voucher for the Elizabeth Arden eyeshadow compact if anyone would like it, in exchange for a pinkie, ts, or other voucher that can be used for approx £5/500 points on No7 (need to buy P&P serum for mum). I didn't realise it could only be used in Boots, was hoping to use in Debenhams :p

PM me if you want it!
 I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?

Honestly thank you, there was only 3 in there and one mse has already said they will send me one which was not want i was posting to intend to happen, just needed to vent somewhere...........and just very cross with myself!!!!

Just annoyed because I normally go to the bank first to pay in cash, then on to shops as I normally carry minimal cash. Just so glad that I didn't put my xmas shopping money into the purse otherwise I'd be a mess right now. Bless the lady that got in the lift with me, as my car park pay as you go ticket was in purse with money to pay for the car park, and overheard me telling the assistance. As I got to my level, she said I overheard what happened, are you ok, and I burst out crying!!! x

Hubby just came home and said, at least if it was taken/swiped that no harm was caused to me or DD which is true. Money etc is replaceable.

Have you contacted the local police - someone may have handed it in if you have dropped it? I dropped £40 onto the pavement when I had been to the cashmachine and a lady had taken it to the police station - I was so blown away I bought her a big box of choccies and took them to her!!!

    Thanks Mimi,

I've got a feeling I saw it cheaply in our little Boots clearance section last week so that could make a brilliant bargain so thanks for your advice.

They were on a seperate stand when I was there last week well away from the rest of S&G stuff near the Xmas 342 stuff. Maybe it has all been bought up by the SAs. Mine did say that she was going to be stocking up on it when she saw the price with points! :D Might be worth ringing before you go? I was going to go tomorrow evening after work so let me know if there is some left!

I was there on Friday and they were running the 1/3 off S&G when you pay with points and did have the GWP also. Had to look around a bit for it though, IIRC.
