Freedom2Surf Broadband - Existing customers get free regrade.

If, like me, you use F2S for your broadband, it is worth checking their current packages to see if the equivalent package you are currently using has been improved.
I am on their "Lite" 8mb service with a 5GB cap. I just looked at their website and they have changed the package to a 10GB cap and reduced the price by £1 (was £14.99, now £13.99). so, I logged into my members area and checked out the regrade option and it seems they are offering a free regrade to the new terms.
Whilst I have no complaints with F2S regarding their consistency of supply and service, it does annoy the hell out of me that existing customers are not automatically regraded when the package you are on improves. I guess that's business!
