Vodafone 3G signed up but it doesnt work!!

:mad: I have a two year contract with voadfone for 3G broadband. Unfortunately they do not have 3G broadband in my area. I was totally unaware of this and do not want to carrying on with the contract. I have not paid my bill for two months, usually I pay all bills on time. No one at vodafone is dealling with my issue. I keep getting put on hold and passsed on to several people. I have written a letter which I am waiting for a reply. This isssue is stressing me out. I am trying to solve the matter as amicable as possible but do not know what to do. Any advice?

  • It was 2 months. Not very technical. However vodafone actually put the phone down on me yesterday unbelievable. Have written to them now fingers crossed.
