I have to say the same right now those forms were a nightmare and a half online, the site kept going down, the IVA people sent me information that I had to then convert to figures NOW owed. I have no idea on dates so just chucked anything in, I was at the end of my tether in the end here tonight.

My SOA was not much of a problem PSN I have been in an IVA so had no credit cards, no overdraft or loans for the past 3.5 years, I just had to work it all out which was not hard. That bit on the forms was easy as well, as I only have two accounts in the last 2 years, Natwest opened on IVA and Co Op opened for BR.

But some of it was a bloody nightmare. Car needed to be in two places, NO.. the forms do it for you, so had to go back and take car out of rembrants and gold bullion!

You know PSN if we missed something off as Dalip said to me you have the chance to address that at the OR interview.

What a life we lead, and all those banks who lent us money with no cares of the outcome, and they did not have any cares back in 1998 when they offered me by post £5k are now paying the price.. am I bovvered NO not really the pain, anguish and stress I have lived with is suffering enough right now, so NO I do not feel sorry for Barclays Bank!

Well I repeated so much it must have confused my OR Idid not know original dates for loans so put amount outstanding at current date, interview with OR queried this thinking all new loans but advised her date 4..5..6..7 years ago unknown..she was ok with this. Most banks are same..barclays own my mortgage via Woolwich and have been good...but Barclays own Picture and have been...Sh*t....

:D I dont think my fiver would go far in the pub do you!!:D

Thank you for your good wishes as well, and yes I will be back as I promised myself one thing in June that if I got through this I would be here on this site to help support other people, and with this credit crunch I think it can only get worse, and more and more people will need support.

You know I consider myself very lucky, one I have had this site and people here willing to help over stupid questions I asked, and two that I have not got a mortgage and home to lose, if they take my car so be it, it is only a car, metal and wheels, typical female me, men seem to have a CAR thing, I dont.

As long as my roof stays over my mums head and my sons, and I can get back on with my life without all this worry of baliffs and nightmares of judges with no faces saying sod off, I think I will be happy, and then start again.

I can say now I will never ever have credit cards loans or overdrafts I would rather starve, I will never be put in this position again that is for sure.

I will get to my bed soon... and HOPE I sleep.. was it one more sleep to go ... well half a sleep will be better than the nights leading up to this of NO sleep at all.

Sandy I dont know most of the dates either and will tell the or the dates on the online printed our form are mostly wrong I am sure but to get it to print I had to enter a date and I just put one.

I am sure the OR is gonna be peed off with me and the debts but right now I am just so thankful I have those forms printed off and the day of DOOM as listed on my calendar on my desk is now here... doom or not it will be over with by this time tomorrow...

It was not a dig PSN, I want to keep my car I need it for work, my illness means I tire very easily and standing for buses is out, so would be a taxi and would cost more. So hope the OR sees it that way. It is not worth heaps as only £1100 in my own mind and Parkers backed that up, I have not put it at the lowest on Parkers but choose the middle.

I just know right now if they take it they do, I cannot alter that, I can appeal and I would, but the other debts far out weigh the worry of the car. I would have to give up work though which would be awful as I can only do part time with this illness but I need out of the house and in work to keep this household afloat and me sane.

it costs them a load to auction cars anyway, so the chances are it'll not be worth them doing so..
