Don't forget that you can clarify anything that you think looks a bit hazy when you have the interview. I'm not saying you shouldn't tinker with it to your heart's content, just that you shouldn't feel that it's your whole life on the line with this form.

    Hi All,

From a very stressed person here! Thank you for your replies.

If they do not add CB then I think it adds up to leaving me £5 surplus. Goodness I will have a night out on that I dont think!

I thought if I showed a negative it would look mighty bad and judge could send me away???

If the OR trys to knock anything off so be it!

One thing I will say is NO I cannot give proof my mum gives me £150 in fact I give her the difference to the rent money and she pays that. My Child and Working tax comes by giro and I use that money to give to her. She has done this since I was ill, as I was not well enough to use the phone to pay the rent, so she did it this way. God the OR is going to really hate me when he starts asking questions!!

I then pay for all food and all the rest of the bills. Does this make sense, I hope so.

Oh and just to clarify my mum still works as old as she is and has done to make sure we can pay the bills and live. She has been a diamond to me, as have you lot on here.

If you think this is gonna cause a problem with me giving her money for rent let me know but it is just me giving her £280 and she puts the £150.

    Don't worry about that.
Mine was over £100 a month negative, yet it wasn't a problem.
It was mentioned by the OR and i was asked how i would make ends met. I just told him 'i would' and, so far, i have....by the skin of my teeth.

    Good luck for tomorrow:D

You havnt got a surplus of £5. you have a surplus of £87 in real life but for the purpose of an IPA calculation you have a £5 surpls,if you could add enough expenses this could be -£87 for the IPa calculation, and your actual living costs would still ballence so you would not be negative.

your I&E ballence is what matters including child benefit, after that is removed for the IPA calculation is just for that only so has no relavence to you or the BR petition

    Hi RL

SOA looking good...I think you need to rest now. You have done a great job on preparation & forms all done....just tomorrow to go now.

Get a nice warm bath, glass of something & relax. Nothing you do now will make any difference. Take tomorrow as it comes & will soon be over for you Honey.

    Be thinking about you tomorrow.
