Specific history on a property is extremely good info, IF you are interested in that property.
It can give a guideline to other similar properties in that street / area BUT it is only a guideline and not necessarily fact as it depends on the condition of the property and whether the seller is distressed or not.

Don't wish to buy one myself - we wouldn't all fit in a 2 bed, and not planning to move to St Albans, nice though it is, at the moment. Still, interesting to see drops taking us back to 2002.

Any more price drops elsewhere?

Well if you don't do the legwork it is pointless (because you can fit anything in)
There are houses going back to 1990 london prices here and below, but we are 150 miles away.;)

NB Just seen your most recent post - who'd pay 300K for a flat on London Road! And there are I think 4 kebab shops and 2 pizza deliveries on London Road - I suppose it depends what you call 'that stretch'.

Both sold the second one is not on LR but I know the price as it is mine.;)
(new build, say most probably 100 meters away from each other but same road identicle houses)
Can't link for obvious reasons but I promis you 100% true
(Just that that neighbour may kill me when the LR figures come out for mine)
