Free Fax from Internet to Uk Landline

does anybody knows how to send the free fax to uk landlines from the internet.

http://www.tpc.int/ is a free service.
Drawback is that there will be a complete header page prior to yours that wastes the recipient's paper and does not look very professional.

I used to use tpc but nowadays have signed up to http://www.fax1.com/ where you get a virtual printer that can be installed on multiple PCs eg work, laptop, and you pay a reasonable fee per fax and the formatting is perfect e.g. can send MS Word Docs WYSIWYG, even in Chinese!.

If you have Windows XP and a dial up modem (a simple PAYG one will do), there's a built in Fax service - you may need to install it from the disc as I don't think it comes as standard.
