Search for property by price drop
I'm searching for a 2 bed flat in London at the mo and it seems you can now search by price 'change'...like I would search in Whitechapel for properties that have changed in price by 15% for example. All the properties that I have seen 'change' in price have dropped rather than increase....which I guess is to be expected in today's climate!!! Good for me, I want a bargain :rotfl:
You can also save properties and get emailed if the agent drops the price, pretty good stuff actually....think you may have to be a member to access the features but that's free (called MyGlobrix) so not exactly much hassle if it can help you find a cheap pad :j

I cant see the "change" facility on there?0

I can't see either,,,
Edit: Oh, he said you have to a paid member... I smell advertisement.0 -
I must admit I found it by happy accident! When you're logged in you click freshness on the left and then the price change options appear. Does that make sense? I find it really hard to explain things sometimes!
You'd go to do a search as normal then on the left hand side there's various options like keywords...if you click the freshness one you get to it :-) And if you click on any property and save it you can opt to get price watch alert emails for that property.0 -
Ill have another look. Nope, you must have to have registered or something, its not working for me.0

does it only register drops in the time youve been a member, or if i registered today would it tell me about details about prices that where dropped, for example, last month? We cannot change anything unless we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses. Carl Jung
