Phones 4 U Redemption
I started a new Contract with O2 about 6 weeks ago through Phones4U. This is entitled to 4 redemption payments of £120 each after 9, 12,15 and 18 months.
I have no information on the procedure for claiming this back. I have contacted Phones4U who told me that the information on how to claim, what is required and the first claim certificate will be sent to me one month prior to my first claim date.
Does anyone know what they are likely to ask for?
I haven't yet had a paper bill from O2 but it does appear online and the first payment has been taken.
Am I likely to need to send copies of all of my bills or something silly like that?
Do we have to pay for paper bills from O2, if so does anyone know how much this costs?

Copy of the latest bill only. Read the t&c for everything you need to know. Any questions are best answered from them in writing; anything anyone else tells you on here isn't proof in court.0

MJ, I'm thinking of taking out a contract with P4U. Are they good with cashback (to the best of your knowledge).0

Cashback deals, a whole lot of work, stress and potential "loss" in the hope of a cheap deal!
Good luck!

Norman-B; I have been using their other site for more than a year and have found them excellent - the complete opposite of E2Save. That used to be the other way round about 18 months ago - so things have changed dramatically in that time and could do so again. Therefore always follow the groundrules and don't live on current or past experience:-

In any case, let's face it - they couldn't be much worse than e2Save now, could they??0 -

MJ, many thanks for the reply and the link (which I had read before). Did you mean you use M2YD?0 -
Sim only deals are always a good choice, how many minutes and text messages are you looking for?
I am on the Virgin 300+300 for £10 PM at the moment but signal is very poor. I have thought about Orange or O2 but I don't won't to spend more than £15PM.
I need 400 mins and 20 texts PM, thanks.0 -
