Sorry minirolo2004 - I was called out of town on business rather unexpectedly otherwise I would have seen this last night.
Your log looks clean. I would be tempted to defrag the drive
Start button - all programs - accessories - system tools - disk defragmenter
This could take a while, run it over night.
If that does not help then we made need to look at what is starting on the computer, a good start is the following forum post which provides good advice.

I forgot about this programme - It's called StartUpLite and it's made by the same guy who made MalwareBytes.
It highlights the junk that starts at boot time and offers to stop them - details below

So, my friends computer..again.
Spybot has picked up Zango again, but, says it cannot be removed.
Its not showing up on Trend Micro HIJACK this, or the MBAM program. Any idea where she may be picking this up from? Or how to completely get rid of it?
Tried searching all files and folders and it's not showing anywhere there either...not in programs either.
When trying to delete with SPybot, this message appeared: "some problems couldn't be fixed; the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (in memory). This could be fixed after a restart. May Spybot-S&D run on your next system startup?"
Restarting didnt helpnor did rebooting in safe mode and running Spybot

Is there anything in there that looks a mite dodgy?:idea:0 -
Hi Alienrik
Thanks for replying. She generally uses firefox, but, has to use internet explorer to watch films from netflix (US Based). She recently had to downgrade it to IE 6, because IE7 was being..um, crap, and because of that, she doesnt have the Manage Add ons option.Per Ardua Ad Astra0 -
