    How long had you had the mattress before you complained?

    I'm sure there is someone on here who knows more about the trading laws around this. But I know they say they can't take it back once opened, but I'm not so sure they can actually say that.

    This mattress had already been mentioned previously in another thread.

    Yet their t&cs say it has a 5yr guarantee,bit of a contradiction.I would return it under the 5yr warranty as its not fit for purpose.

    She cannot use it cos its too soft so product is no use to her.

    She can use it,but she thinks its uncomfortably soft-thats personal preference.
  • thanks replies again!i can use it (so its not unusable or faulty). had i tried first (not open instore) i would not have bought!silent night not bothered, neither is the store as been over 12 weeks now.
