so annoyed.bought this silentnight memory foam matress from tj hughes.
its far too soft and hardly any memory foam in it.urge you all not to buy- complete waste of money!

I have one of these and mine is fine. Very firm and supportive. You might just have a bad one. Have you returned it to TJ Hughes ?

i rang silentnight to complain but didnt get anywhere could not return it as its far too big now inflated.nobody seemed to think there was a fault so looks like im stuck with it.

Your contract is with TJ Hughes, so get them to come and pick it up.

You'll need to prove it's "faulty" though. Did you try it out and buy it from a shop? If so, just tell them it's not the same as the one you tried. If you bought it online and didn't try it first, it'll be difficult to prove, as the word "firm" is subjective, and means different things to different people.

its been 12 weeks now,i was really trying to get on with it.could not test instore as all boxed up.its not faulty i dont think ,so i dont really have a leg to stand on(being the time its been too) thanks for all the replies.
