  • I eat about £1 of fruit a day instead of lunch. I make packed lunches for the kids as school meals for 3 gets very expensive. Their lunches also work out about £1 a day each.

    i do ds and oh a healthy lunch every day, ham salad sandwiches, carrot stick cucumber pieces, bottles of water, yoghurts and raisins, apple/banana and a cereal bar xx
    i spend approx a tenner a week to do both there lunches xxxx

  • I spend about £6 per day on lunches - I have to make 4 x packed lunches and husbands lunch. As we are on a fixed budget ( he is disabled) this takes quite a chunk of our weekly budget

    About £1 as I make a packed lunch.

  • I don't work so don't need to make a lunch for myself out & about, but I do make DH's & DD's packed lunches & these usually cost about £8-£10 a week for both depending what I put in them/what's on offer that week. This week my wonderful Dad has been baking so it's only cost about £5 for the week!
