I spend something in the region of 75p - a tin of soup, some homemade bread (god bless the breadmaker) and a piece of fruit.0

Probably around £1 to £1.50 if I make my own including an estimate of fuel used if cooked lunch. Otherwise it can get to about £4 if buying in shops at lunch time AND it's always tempting to pop into other shops lolweight loss olbs out of 84lbs started 23/09/20080

I make my own lunch monday to friday, when i'm working. Tend to spend aprox 50p to £1 depending of whether I make a sandwich, or use leftovers from tea the evening before (such as pasta, lasagne, chilli etc). Much nicer than buying shop bought lunch and you know exactly what you are eating then!Babysham Glasses, Hand Cream, £50 Shoes voucher, finger puppets, Monogamy Game, Dida herbal tablets,, BT150 Baby Monitor, Barcardi Memory Stick, Nescafe Red Mug. £50 lottery. 2008 Wins: John Richard Bracelet, Animal Watch. The flask would be ideal for keeping hot dogs warm. Empty the contents of the tin into a pan, warm the hot dogs up and then transfer to the flask.0

I don't buy lunch every day, but when I do I would spend around £3.50 - £40
