I spend at least £2 a day on lunch during the week. I really need to cut down on this spend, but my daily walk to the local supermarket is good excercise!0 - 
            there are 4 of us for lunch (always packed lunch) so probably £3-£4 a day0

            i'm always driving with my job so stop and buy lunch maybe £5 a day £20 a month!! with the credit crunch sandwiches are the way forward :beer:0

            I make soup at home, freeze it and bring it to work daily. Saves money and tastes good!:j We grow many of our own vegetables so put them to good use.0

            The canteen at uni doesn't seem very subsidised, so as a student I thought the sandwiches expensive, so I take my own lunch, probably £1/day. However, I love my cups of tea, so at 80p a pop that's expensive. Any suggestions gratefully folks, cheers muchly.0
