  • Hi

I have never posted before so here goes, I have been an avid visitor to the website and found it very informative and useful.

This lunchbox sounds great my partner works very unsociable hours so it is always difficult to make him something nutricious and apetizing anything that makes that job easier is always a good thing.

Lets all keep our chins up!!!!!!!!

50 p per day. Make my own, drink water and eat 1-2 pieces of fruit.
  • I spend about 80p a day, taking 2 slices of brown bread, a banana (banana on toast or just toast!), a piece of fruit for snacking, and a yoghurt.
Occasionally I may spend around £2.50 on a lunch from the office cafe, or the odd 40p on a chocolate bar as a treat!!!
  • I spend about £2.30 per day at work on lunch. I need to start bringing lunch in with me and save some money! it builds up!
