When organised enough to make one in advance - probably less than a £1. I can microwave spuds at the office and have them with salad and a bit of cheese. If I am not so oranised and have to buy from the local shop itcould be £2 - £3. Eating out (a rare luxury) I go for 2 for 1's (with my partner) and can get away with about £6 - a fiver for food plus a drink. Real luxury would be the local veggie place where I can fill up on a huge plate of mixed salads for £5. i just have to resist a pudding afterwards!0

I usually spend £3 on lunch. I always look out for sandwich/lunch specials like £2.99 (from Boots) or £1.99 for sub of day from Subway. I should pack my own lunch but need somewhere to keep cool or to warm up left overs.0
