  • I always end up spending a fortune, I start the week trying to take a pack up and end it buying sandwiches so i bet it averages out at about £2 a day!!
  • I eat at home. It`s usually left-overs or toast and something, so I`ll call that 1 pound.
Hubby comes home for lunch, so 1 pound for him plus petrol-about 3 pounds a week.
Children (2) get 2 pounds each a day for lunch at school/college.

  • I make my lunch every day. A wrap with Ham, Cheese, Mushrooms and whatever I have from my Allotment like Tomato, Onion, Chives, Parsley, Lettuce. I also take my own coffee in a flask, 2 pieces of fruit & a snack of fresh vegies again from allotment. Cost probably £2 day.

    Good luck
