  • probably between £2 and £3 list which isn'y that good
  • I spend about 75p on lunch per day - probably because I am a housewife and make my own - homemade bread for sandwiches, lidl ham and sainsburys coleslaw, or homemade soup! what a sad life I lead. The Blackberry Keeper on the other hand spends a fortune on lunch hence the desire for a lunchbox for him!
  • I spend roughly £5-7 on lunch a day, working in central London, is so expensive.

Need to start bringing in lunch to work, and start saving some money.
    Credit crunch hitting hard.
  • I spend approx £3.50 on lunch each day
  • Lunch is a 'moveable feast' where I work, so what is available at 3 or 4 pm often dictates how much I spend.

On my more organised days, I try to bring a pot of soup from home (one of the Tesco Finest for example) and that usually lasts me 2 days - especially if I have managed to pick up some Nan breads on the reduced counter! So, if that is the case, then I am looking at about £1.25 a day. Another, even cheaper option, is the leftovers from the night before - so nothing!

On the not so organised days then I end up buying a sandwich from work which is usually £2+.
  • only spend about a pound a day as i make big batches or soup and freeze them in individual servings.
  • Spend bout £4 /day on lunch
  • Hi, I spend as little as possible at all times - which is why I love this site:T
