On the days I dont work I usually have HM soup and a HM roll with a piece of fruit so again about £1 a day.

I'm ashamed to say that I spend about £3 or £4 on work days, Martin's demotivator has been making me try to take a packed lunch but when faced with a choice of an extra 10 minutes in bed or getting up in time to pack lunch my bed always wins!
