    I spend around £2.50 if I buy lunch but I do try and take sandwiches from home some days.
  • I spend between £3 and £5. I am thinking about taking a packed lunch now and this would be useful.

    I take a packed lunch, probably about £1 spent. Sandwiches, fruit etc...yum :)

  • I spend lass than a pound on my lunch. I try not buy my lunch, there is no choice in the canteen at work and it is very over priced.
  • a pot of cottage cheese lasts a week and they've been on offer working out at 75p each (£3.00 a month) , a pack of ryvita last about 1/3 of a month. so £2.49 a month on ryvita

    so based on the number of weekdays in october (23) 24p for the main bit

    fav yogurts work out about 35p each and a couple of tesco market value plums about 15p on last weeks bag contents

  • Around £5 when I buy it (usually 3 days a week) and £1 when I pack it (usually 2 days a week)

  • I take a home made sandwich, yogurt & banana - so I would say max. £1
  • I spend about 20p on a few Oatcakes and an apple.
