I spend lass than a pound on my lunch. I try not buy my lunch, there is no choice in the canteen at work and it is very over priced.0

a pot of cottage cheese lasts a week and they've been on offer working out at 75p each (£3.00 a month) , a pack of ryvita last about 1/3 of a month. so £2.49 a month on ryvita
so based on the number of weekdays in october (23) 24p for the main bit
fav yogurts work out about 35p each and a couple of tesco market value plums about 15p on last weeks bag contents
