Try to always make my husband a packed lunch with a flask (soup or coffee)if hes travelling, I eat at home, any leftovers from the night before or soup when its cold.The children eat a hot lunch at school in winter,packed lunch in summer.0

I spend about £1 a day including a drink. I did make my friend a packed lunch too, to prove I could make her a good healthy lunch for £1, but she won't carry on and make them herself, sigh!0

I spend about £1.50 a day. That includes milk money and snacks (and I bake cakes once a week for work!!):j Bought all my presents for this year (birthday and Christmas) now starting on next years!!:j0

I never buy lunch out (unless arranged) so i guess my lunch spend would be abount £1.50, thats for rice cakes, apple, water (free from the tap!!) and maybe a home made flapjack or brownie.0

Probably about £1 or less a day - I make my own lunch to take to work every day. It's cheaper and often healthier than what's available in the shops.0

I have soup everyday which is approx £1.10 a day. My husband doesn't always take his own though and can spend anything up to £5 a day! I have two kids and I would say that their lunch wouldn't be anymore than £1 each per day.0
