Spend between £3 and £5 a day on lunch. Which I guess is quite a lot!0

If I am being organised that day I will take a 'last nights leftovers' lunch in to work with me.
Failing that I will spend £1- £5 on lunch from a supermarket.
My budget usually determines how organised and how frugal I am!0 -
99% of the time I make my own lunch and take it to work with me. I would say the average cost including fruit and a yoghurt is £1 to £1.50. If I buy lunch at work a roll or baked potato costs £1.90 to £2.45 (our canteen is no longer subsidised), a cooked meal costs anywhere from £3.50 upwards which for school dinner food (I work for a council and the same catering team caters for the council offices as for schools) is jolly expensive! The canteen food isn't very nice and it is very greasy ...0

cost is about £1 per person sometimes less, as i buy in bulk and also yellow labelled supermarket fruit vegetables, and bake alot of goods. So for me hubby and the 2 kids £3.50-£4 per day.0

How much do you spend on lunch each day?
If I'm organised, and make lunch at home to take into work with me, then £1.50-£3 a day.
If I'm not organised, and have to go to a shop and buy lunch, then £7-£8 probably (I tend to "treat" myself a bit more if I'm in a shop, which is why I don't do it very often!)0 -
I take a packed lunch every day approx £1.00.0

In total I would say my lunch would be under £1 daily and my son who has more extravagant taste would be £20

Between £3 & £50

If I make lunch myself then it probably costs about £1 - 1.50. If I have to buy it out, it can cost anywhere from £2.75 - 6. It depends where I am working, how early I start & late I finish.0

I'm a stay at home mum but my partner will spend £3-£5 daily, sometimes more if he sits down somewhere, then another £1.65 daily on a school dinner, so probably time they both went onto healthy packed lunches!0
