I always use Tupperware for my lunch and take a packed lunch everyday so I guess I spend about a pound.

I'll join in with those saying that I spend about a pound. About once a week, I treat myself to the £2.99 meal deal at Boots though...their sandwiches are yum!

Whenever I cook a meal I just box up the extra (I'm no good on portion control!) into small portions & freeze it until needed - therefore not throwing anything away. My lunches therefore only cost me pennies!

I work from home mostly and I use the opportunity to clean up all the leftovers in my fridge. But about once a week, I have to go out for meetings and it has to be a cafe sandwich. That costs me 5-7 quids easily with a cup of drink without any desert! So after all, it is around a pound a day. My husband started to take a lunchbox and this kit will be very useful!

I make lunch at home (and sometimes eat leftover dinner) so I think I spend (on myself only) between 60p and £1 depending on what I make.

It's good to see so many other people doing the same!
